We are hoping Father Christmas may make a guest appearance and hand out a small gift so we need to know exactly how many children are attending so please inform your Team Manager when paying for the tickets how many of your party are children.
We know from experience how much children like dressing up as the Halloween party showed so we have decided this party should be optional Fancy Dress so those (of any age) who wish to dress up, can do so.
As part of the afternoon we would like to have a buffet for the children but we either need a parent or two to volunteer to prepare the buffet which would be hard work or have to hire an outside caterer that will charge around £4 a head which is a lot more than the tickets cost. Therefore it has been suggested that every family attending bring a few items each, like a few sandwiches, sausage rolls, or even a small box of cakes etc and then the workload is shared equally amongst everyone. If you can help please inform the team manager when booking and we will contact you closer to the party to decide what we need bringing etc.
Also, we would like someone to play Father Christmas (no experience necessary and we will provide the costume if needed!!!) so if there is a parent who would like to take on the role then please contact your Team Manager.
Note – Children are no longer allowed to sit on Father Christmas’s knee.
