Have you ever stood on the side of the football pitch whilst watching your child play and thought you could do better than the referee. Well here is your chance, Beighton Falcons are looking to get as many people as possible to undertake and pass their referee course so that we can have a qualified referee in charge of all our games and better still you will also get paid whenever you referee a game.

As part of our development strategy the club has put seven people though the referee course so far including three of our young and up and coming players.
One young person who recently took the course, Ryan Hall is now not only playing football for his team but also refereeing other junior matches in both boys and girls leagues and also taking charge of Academy games.
He has also as one of the youngest referees in the area appeared alongside Uriah Rennie and Howard Webb in the recently launched Sheffield & Hallamshire County FA drive to recruit new referees.
